FAMILY & DIVORCE MEDIATION TRAINING

WHO SHOULD ATTEND:

In Family and Divorce Mediation Training you will learn to apply dispute resolution techniques which will prepare you to add conflict resolution approaches to your existing professional practice or work toward establishing your own mediation practice.

Family & Divorce Mediation training is a dynamic course intensive that includes lectures and discussions, group interaction, role play meditations with feedback, financial obligations, writing agreements, and legal rules and regulations.


This training includes mediation of domestic subjects such as divorce, property division, custody, child time sharing, and impact on the family, alimony and child support.

Those completing the course will receive a certificate suitable for framing verifying you have achieved your 40 hour requirement for the Family and Divorce Mediation training set forth by the Kentucky Courts system in The AMENDMENT TO THE RULES OF ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURE AP PART XII. MEDIATION GUIDELINES FOR COURT OF JUSTICE MEDIATORS as ordered by the Supreme Court of Kentucky on April 12, 2005, Mediation Guidelines (675KB-PDF), suggesting minimum standards for training, experience, education and ethical conduct for mediators practicing in courts of the Commonwealth of Kentucky and is routinely approved by other states and countries.


* Training is 40 hours over 5 days, 9am - 4pm ET.  You may attend in-person or virtually from the comfort of your home or office computer.
